What causes the pain in lower right groin?

• I just had an inguinal hernia operation in my left side one month ago and been ZERO with my sex life for 3 weeks after the operation. i felt better by then so i tried to do it with my partner but i felt a pain in my lower right groin area during and after sex (especially when i trust in mine and hit my groin into her). a week ago i had a urinalysis and found that i have an infection in my urine but it was gone a week after but the pain is still there. i can also feel the pain when i stretch my body into U-shape or any motion same with sex. i am really curious about this. initially i thought its another hernia, but i dont see any bump like i had in my left. i also asked the doctor if i have one, but he said its nothing. he just asked me to wait for another week and see if the pain will be gone. i hope someone can help me, i am really scared to do it with my partner again knowing that there would be a pain after.
