Richa if this is the first time this has happened you to, you should get yourself to your Doctor's office right away or the ER to be checked out. It maybe nothing but someone your age it isn't quite normal to have migraine headache. Migraines of this nature usually start at an older age in your late 20's and or so but some people start having them younger. I wouldn't waste anytime, at all. Better safe than sorry as I always say. Also don't take anything strong because it could mask things the Doctor and medical staff may want to be looking for, like Codeine. They will give something for the pain and explain everything to you, okay.

They are Anti-Histamines, and are available Over the Counter. These could be of more use when you're travelling on Ghat Roads.
