Severe pain in my chest and full left side. plus a very fast heart rate.?

for about 5 days now iv been experiencing continuious pain in my chest and entire left side, specifically under my rib cage directly below my left breast. throughout the days the pain has just gotten more and more imbareable. it has also come with an extremely fast heart rate which i had clocked at 120 bpm while sitting. with the increased heartrate comes sweating and shaking. i have also been experiencing extreme difficulty breathing, and have been getting winded very easily, and then i become dizzy. i went to the hospital and after a 5 minute evaluation with no tests theyre diagnosis was that i was experiencing panic attacks and had a panic disorder. they prescribed me xanax and gave me one at the hospital and sent me home. this morning i woke in pain that was 3 times worse then what it was yesterday and havent been been able to leave bed or walk around. im debating on going to the hospital because i honestly that this is more then anxiety, but after speaking with me mom she brought u another idea. right before this pain started i decided to go insane with cleaning my house and pretty much used an entire bottle of fantastik with bleach in one day. iv done a little research but havent been able to find much on symptoms of inhaling too much bleach. would anyone be able to give me advise on this matter. please only real responces, i am in an extreme amount of pain and i dont know what i should do. thank you everyone who took the time to read all of this.

Ihaling too much of that stuff doesn't help but that's not what causing your pain you should seek professional help from a doctor get yourself refer to a cardiologist. Good Luck!
