Does aloe help heal chemical burns?

My face burns ! please help me it hurts so much :'(?

yesterday i had this small dry rash on my neck and i put lotion on it and it go better this morning i woke up with a big red dry rash all over my neck and my face ... my eyes have big red circles around my eyes and my checks and around my mouth is red my dad got me this aloe soap and i took a shower and it started burning a lil and then my dad put me some speacial cream for rashes and i put it on my face and neck and it BURNS :'( .... do i have an irritaion on my face/neck? is it going to heal tmrw?...my face is reaaaaallllyyy drrryyy tooo ! .... pleaseee help mee :'( . . . 'maybe this helps ? i wear perfume ( fantasy by brittany spears ) i have acne i use this medication call tazorac ... for my daily cleaner i use this nurtrgeana oil free breakout and reddness reducer soap (something like its green) & for moisterizer i use ponds dry cream
