Bump in the back of the neck?

Have a bump on the back of my neck?

• I have this bump on the back of my neck but its under the skin, and idk what it is. It could be swollen glands cuz i have allergies? Or maybe like a knot cuz i have slept in a different bed amd had a stiff neck. Then i had bad thoughts and i was thinking it was cancer. But its only the one bump on back of mu neck a lil to the right, and sore when u push on it. Im gonna get it checked out at the doctors but im just so curious. Any possibilities?

  if your ears are pierced that usually means that they are infected. sounds wierd but my doctor said everytime i get one of those its cuz my ear(s) are infected.. thats all i no
