Is it normal that my stomach is swollen?

STOMACH AND SIDE PAIN!!!?

• Okay, so I started having pain on the right side of my stomach in August. It was really bad, and was slightly lower than my ribs and spread lower sometimes. I got a bunch of blood work done, and I got an ultrasound and a cat scan done, which all came back normal, EXCEPT the doctor said that I had two swollen lymph notes in my stomach which is just a virus that is supposed to go away on its own. After a few months passed, I had occasional stomach pain, but nothing TOO out of the ordinary. Recently, my stomach has been acting up. It gets really painful at times. The pain is mostly on the right side of my stomach. Then, I started feeling a burning in my throat and stomach. I researched it and thought that it could be acid reflux.But I went to my doctor anyway and she thought it might be my gall bladder or liver (or acid reflux), so I went in for another ultrasound. NOTHING. They didn't see ANYTHING unusual which of course frustrated me beyond belief! My doctor recommended something to help with the acid reflux, but that still isn't stopping the pain. I've also noticed that sometimes at night when I lay down, the pain spreads to the left side of my stomach. Aside from everything, I pretty much always have a stomach ache. Sometimes I feel starving ALL day, and sometimes I feel extremely full. Now I am noticing that when I sit/lay down, the right side of the area in between my back and stomach hurts. It feels like it is possibly a muscle, but I am not sure. It hurts extremely bad when I sit down, or carry my backpack around. It is more towards my back, which leads me to think that it is muscular, but you never know. It is like a weird stretchy feeling and it is almost impossible for me to stay in the same position. I have been using a heating pad on it, but it hasn't really helped. ): I NEED TO KNOW WHAT IS WRONG!! PLEASE HELP ME!!!!(:

  kidney problems from diabetes. Avoid sugar, sweet drinks and sweet food, get tested.
