Why do my bones hurt when I run track?
-
I am a senior in high school and I run track. I'm 5'4'' and I weigh around 100lbs. I'm a mid-distance runner and I occasionally sprint. I've been having this problem of my bones hurting on days that I run hard or sprint. The pain is focused around my ankle bones, the bones in the top of my feet, my knees, and my pelvic area when we do stride exercises. I know I am running in the correct form, I don't have shine splints, and my muscles do not hurt at all. What is going on? Please help!
