What is the cause of lower abdominal pain?

What is the cause for left upper abdominal pain?

• i have a pain in left upper abdomen form past 10 days, i have a history of acidity, gastritis , duodenum erosions, but i never face this kind of serious problem, i dont even have any bad habits.currently i have got seviour pain , but the pain will not be there some times , some times pain will be there , and pain goes to lower back too, the nature of pain is like cramping effect. i got all medical test done, Blood, urine,endoscopy,colonyscopy,CT scan, ultra sound, and all reports says NORMAL OBSERVATIONS, some RBCs where observed in urine and in blood test MCV was high though my hemaglobin count is good, remaining all is fine, am really frustrated , no one could daignosis, am not getting what to do, some say its because of IBS, some say might be worm infection, some say muscular cramp, am 22/Male can anyone please help me out with this problem.
