Why do my ears hurt inside a plane?
-
I've been on a plane seberal times and in about two of those flights, my ears have hurt really bad. Why do ears pop in a plane in the first place? And why do my ears hurt during flight? A way to stop this?

Answer:
Because the air in your ears have a different compression than the air around you. Pinch your nose, close your mouth and try to exhale. That'll press the air fin your ears out and should "fix" the problem.
