Really SHARP PAIN in my back?

Sharp neck pain and chronic back pain. Please help.?

• Hello. I'm 14 years old (almost 15) and since I was probably about 10 or 11 I've been having lower back problems. Not bad enough to go to a doctor but it was just a still dull pain in the very lower part of my back. Now for the past year or so I'll just happen to move or turn my head and I'll get this horrible extremely painful sharp pain in my neck that only lasts for a few seconds then goes away. it feels sort of like a sharp electric shock in my neck. It only happens when I move my neck though (down or to the side) but it doesn't happen every time I move my neck only every once and a while. Also, lately maybe the past 3 months my lower back pain I've had for about four years has progressively gotten worse. Now it's not just my lower back it's my whole spine that hurts like this. It's always really stiff and hard to move sort of. The only thing that seems to help is to crack my back when doesn't even help very much. It's from my lower back up to my neck and it hurts everyday and it's just been getting worse and worse. Now the past two weeks it's been starting to hurt a lot whenever I tilt my head down and lean forward. So much I can't stand doing that. I've also been having horrible headaches since my back started hurting more. I've been getting sick more easily and I have a lot less energy. Does anyone have any ideas of what this could be? I'm starting to get reallllyy sick of it and obviously it's not going away on it's own. no matter what I do,stretches, exercise, rest, medicine, etc.
