Why do my arms feel really heavy?

Alright so, both of my arms feel really heavy. They don't hurt, I just feel like I have weights attached to them or something. I can raise them but they get weak. The thing is that earlier this afternoon I ran my bike into something. I didn't even fall down or anything and I was fine. But I had to carry my bike home, for like 3 blocks. So could it just be because of carrying something heavy?

yeah that could be it if you got really tired carrying it just forget for a 1 day or 2 and if its still bothering you take pain pills or go to a docter
