Back pain after standing and walking?

Why i have foot pain when iam walking or standing?

  • hi i have never had this kind of foot pain in my life.will i return to work after 6months and i feel this foot pain before when i was working i have no foot pain.i feel the pain only when iam walking or standing after 15mins the pain start after 15mins the pain is geting worse.do know what is wrong with me? thank u very much

    You could have plantar fasciitis. It is a condition of inflammation of the fascia of the foot. I have had it and it is very, very painful. One of the best treatments I have tried, which was given to me by a friend after numerous doctor visits, was to get a firm rubber ball and as you sit in a chair roll the ball under your foot and let it stretch the muscles under your foot. I don't know exactly why this worked so well, but it did. Good Luck!
