Sharp pain in lower left part of my back?

The pain is very low and right above my butt. It hurts most when I walk, it causes a limp. But it hurts when I sit too. What is this?

dont know, but if its not going away it could be serious. you may want to consider seeing a doctor, or getting an MRI if the pain is really acute.

maybe u pulled a muscle in ur back that happened to me once and thats what happened to me u could have pulled a muscle if u- lifted something- twisted ur back really fast- slept on ur side awkwardly- ect..
could be your sciatic nerve. it causes alot of pain in your low back to buttox and can cause limping. it happens most frequently in pregnant women but can also happen in men. i would see a chiropractor!
