How do you deal with the back pain caused from an epidural?

Lower Back Pain? what Can be the Caused?

• okay before i start i know most of you are not doctor's and would probably recommend me to see a doctor.. i went to emergency room yesterday and it was a waste of my time because i waited about 4 hrs for them to tell me that i need to see a private doctor or something.. maybe someone had the same issue and can help me out or might have some knowledge in it. Okay, So for the past week and a half about i been having this cold that won't go away i've taken medicine and its getting better little by little but about the same amount of time i been getting this pain in my lower left back, it comes and goes.. and when its hurting i must say it hurts about a 7 in a scale 1 to 10. its a kinda sharp pain. i dont know what can be the caused of it. I dont think its hernia as nothing but my back hurts.. I work at a place where i have to lift boxes and some can get heavy, i been working there for almost 6 months now and this just started happening. i put icy hot patches rubbed it with icy hot cream and it goes away but then comes back. What can be the cause of this? any suggestions? do you think its something bad?
