Lower abdominal pain?

Left Abdominal Lower Pain - What can it be?

  • My husband has been having lower left abdominal pain. He gets a lot of diarrhea and feels constipated. He is only 29 years old. We got married about a week ago. The day of the wedding he threw up and hadn’t really ate much and the pain was horrible. We are going to see the doc hopefully this week but I was just wondering if anyone knows. He hasn’t has any fevers and he tries to drink more water than soda. Last night he went to the bathroom and he came out with a lot of pain. (sorry I have to be detailed). He said it’s a sharp pain. It stopped hurting for a minute but he still had the pain/aches this morning. He hasn’t vomited after that one day. He also gets a pain in the middle part of his front lower chest or rib cage area. But the pain he gets the most is on the left front side of his abdomen. The only surgery he has ever had is an appendectomy. Thank you any advise will be helpful
