till you are unconstipated aka you have a bowel movement you need lots of water a little fiber perhaps an enema.....

Be sure to drink plenty of fluids. Fruit juice, such as orange juice or apple juice, sometimes help (prune juice works really well, if you can drink it). Plus, there are lots of laxative products available over the counter. If you still have problems, or develop nausea and vomiting with it, call your doctor. You don't want to become obstructed.
