Bending knee post arthroscopic surgery?
-
In late November, I had arthroscopic knee surgery (another lateral release, Baker's cyst (bone spur) removal from under the patella, smoothing of underside of patella, meniscal work, excess scar tissue removal from old arthroscopic knee surgery). I am undergoing knee therapy, but I have a LOT of trouble bending my knee now. I am struggling with depression about this, and I wonder what can I do, or what can be done. Information and advice would be welcome.

Answer:
I just had the same procedure done last Friday. Like you this is the second time that I have had it done and they did almost the exact same stuff to my knee this time as they did for you. I am having a terrible time bending my knee. I don't remember this from the first time I had it done. I have some pretty intense pain in the tendons behind my knee when I try bending it. Where is your pain?
