What does heartburn feel like?

• I just had this intense pain in my chest. I couldn't even breathe for like a minute and for about five minutes I could only take super shallow breaths and not move and not move even a little bit because it was hurting. The pain was mostly in my back on my left side but also in my chest. No acid-y anything, even though for me acid reflux IS an issue. But was the whole pain thing heartburn?

  ive had the same thing! you should probably get checked out. i had it three times before over the span of 6 months. i thought it was just heartburn too because i had never had heartburn before. but the third time i had to call an ambulance and they found out there was something wrong with my heart.
