Right shoulder pain while breathing in?

I keep getting a severe chest pain around my right breast when i breathe deep, cough, and lay down.?

• I don't know what it is. It has brought me to tears a few times from the pain being so bad. It wakes me up in the middle of the night and in the morning. It stops me from sleeping. Sometimes I can almost feel a slight rumbling when breathing in under my right breast. Also the pain shoots up around my shoulder and collar bone, sometimes even around my throat area. It began 5 days ago and the pains getting worse. Also gets worse around night time. Asprin isn't helping.

  Maybe pleurisy. Maybe chostochondritis. Both painful. Maybe you should see a doctor.
