Chest pain, what could be the cause?
-
I have two theories that might suggest the cause of my chest pain. I'll explain first the situations: - I was brisk walking for about 25 minutes and I probably reached 2-3 kilometers. I was breathing a bit more and heart rat was slightly elevated (I think that's just normal when you are walking fast).I felt the chest pain on the 20th minute of my brisk walk. The pain isn't that painful and is focused around the upper middle of my chest. It even includes a bit of shoulder pain. The pain after brisk walk lasted for about five minutes, it stopped when I stopped walking and sat down to rest. - I even get this chest pain even when I'm not doing anything (e.i.laying down, sitting, standing). I get the pain around 2-3 times a day or sometimes not at all. But when I brisk walk for periods of time, I surely get it. I don't do brisk walk much often, probably only 1-2 times a week because these are the only times when the taxi's hard to get. MY PROFILE: - 17 years old - 5'9 - 73 kilograms Now, among the two are the probable reasons for such chest pain: A) Bad Posture I have a bad posture, I'm hunched back. When I brisk walk, I walk straight bodied because I try to look good while walking. But the thing is, probably, straight bodied is not my natural pose. That's probably why I get both the chest pain and shoulder pain. I even carried my 1 yr old brother once and hugged him real tight, it caused me some chest pain. B) Heart Condition When you google the words "chest pain", automatically, the results are heart related. There is a possibility that it really is heart related. Because I don't do workout (except when playing sports, but it ain't much often), I have some sort of an unhealthy diet because I'm a picky eater (but I do watch what I eat and stop eating when I think I had enough of chips, processed foods, etc.), I rarely eat my veggies but I do take vitamin supplements. In family history, all of my grand parents had heat ailments but it was at an old age (60-70 years old), other than that, my family's health history is quite well. To check i were indeed hear-related, I tried jumping simultaneously for 45 seconds (I can only do 45sec because my legs were killing me, not because I'm tired). After that, my heart was pounding and I was breathing heavily. But no chest pain occurred. So which of the two is the main reason? Why? Could it be both? Any suggestions to make the pain go away for good?

Answer:
you must have someone to kiss your chest three times a day :) if not you must a have a cat to sit on your chest as you watch tv..or else who must wear a special t-shirt with things printed on which excite you..or else you must punch your chest and scream like tarzan every morning..or else yes, we have doctors!
