How To Stop Ringing In Ears?

How do I stop my ears from ringing after a concert?

  • I saw The Kooks in concert last night. It was my first big concert, and my ears are pretty sensitive. Anyways, I got home and my ears were still ringing, so I went to sleep and hoped they would be better in the morning. Now it is 5pm the next day, and the ringing is a tiny bit better but my ear feels clogged up. I am really freaking out!

  • Answer:

It'll go away -in a couple of Days... ( NEXT Time- wear Earplugs, & it won't be SO loud !! ).

listen to hella loud music. lol just kidding but maybe listening to some kind of soft music will distract you from the ringing

Wear earplugs to concerts.

do not stand in such a loud area and/or use hearing protection

It'll do that. You're fine. Try being a musician constantly playing drums and guitar as loud as possible.... I hear that ringing all the time haha

OMG TICKETS IN PERTH RAN OUT FOR THE KOOKS I HAVE BEEN SO UPSET Hm try listening to music again but on extremely low volume, try popping your ears under water by screaming?

Wait until tomorrow, they should stop ringing by then. For me, the ringing stops the next day, but if yours are pretty sensitive, wait another. If they still feel clogged and are ringing tomorrow, go visit your doctor and they'll take a look inside. Feel better!
