My head is bleeding everywhere?

NOSE BLEEDING HEAD IN PAIN AND EAR GOING NUMB AND DEAF?

help please. i get headaches but recently i have them worse i am nearly 12 weeks pregnant! and have been having little nose bleeds and then tonight my nose started bleeding and my head went into survere pain i have the pain now then my ear went kinda def and i went to throw up what should i do i have taken pain killers but seriously is this serious or can i just leave it and it will go. its hard to sit here and take the pain but i dont wanna wake my family and have them worrying! just in pain so in pain ! also my head keeps feeling like its going numb and my ear was aswell before ! but i suffer migraines but this is sumthun else!!!!!!!

Call an ambulance, I'm in no way an expert but you can't be to careful with severe symptoms such as the ones you have. Wake your family up!!!
