I'm taking the SAT's but I have an ACT prep guide book, can I still study from this?
-
or are the questions set up completely different?
-
Answer:
The SAT seems to be more geared towards reasoning and your ability to pick your way through tricky wording and other curveballs the SAT writers throw at you. The ACT is more knowledge based for actual school subjects. You could, but an ACT study book is not going to give you an idea of the language used within the SAT, which is truly the trickiest part of the test.
