What are some different but great techniques to study for a test?

I have a biology test that is half of my grade... I need good study techniques FAST?

My grade is low in the class already, and I need to be sure I do amazingly well. Does anyone have any study techniques they could share with me? Cheating isn't an option with this teacher :'/
