Where can I take an IQ test - an official one?

Where can I take a real written IQ test? I just took one online and I want to see if it's correct.?

I'm 15 years old (turning 16 in January) and I'm a high school junior. I skipped 1st grade but I just thought that was because I was the 1st grandchild and I got tons of learning toys and such. I just took an online IQ test and got 138. The test came with my brother's computer. I also took one on IQtest.com about a year ago and got 131. I disregarded the score because I just figured it wasn't accurate because it was online. How accurate are these? Isn't 140+ genius or near genius? I'm curious, where can I be administered a real one? That tests everything. Please and Thank you :-)

Online IQ tests are fake. You have to subtract ~10 points for your own real IQ. Schools usually give real IQ tests.
