ACT..SO I PAY TO RETAKE MY ATC TEST IT SUPPOSED TO BE ON OCTOBER 23, AT 8 BUT I MISS IT..?

I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO..DO I HAVE TO PAY AGAIN. CAN I TAKE IT LATER?.. I VERY CONFUSED?
