Should I take the PSAT as a sophomore?

I need to take the PSAT for my sophomore year. Where can i take it? (south carolina)?

I live in upstate south carolina. When i went to sign up to take the PSAT our school no more room for people. So is there anywhere i can go and pay to take the PSAT? I am a sophomore now and i need the practice before SAT's next year.
