College prep vs. honors and college prep vs. AP?

Ap German vs. band??? please help!?

• ap German vs. band??? please help!? they're both during the same time slot on my schedule. this will be my fourth year in German and same with band. i know colleges look for continuity, but i'm not sure which one to continue with? PRO GERMAN: - it's an AP :) - overall the class is pretty relaxed, and i think i will be very capable of getting an A in that class = 1 bonus point toward gpa :) CON GERMAN: - i hate hate hate the teacher (a reason? she sucks at controlling the class) :( - i hate the people in my class; they're extremely loud and obnoxious :( - if i take this class, i get put into a history class that is also iffy ( the teacher is known to be super hard) :( PRO BAND: - i like this class and the people in this class also :) -if i take this class, my schedule changes my history period, and the teacher i get put with is great :) -my bffl is in both these classes :) CON BAND: -no AP point. :( - my twin sister (who i am quite comeptitive with) will probably get an A in the german class that detest so much ---> higher overall gpa (which is a big smack in the forehead for me :( so what do you think? which one is more "worth it"? which one looks better on a college app? the other classes i'm taking ( also the exact one my twin sister is taking *gaahh) : -Honors Pre-Calc -Honors English -AP Psychology -AP US History -normal Physics PLEASE HELP AND POSITIVELY COMMENT :)) THANKS

  colleges would certainly prefer the AP class. Try to avoid choosing classes based on the people in them.
