Does it look bad if I take my fourth SAT?

Does it look good to take/submit both the SAT and ACT to colleges?

  • Answer:

It will be useful, but if you have a really good SAT score, and you think it is better than most people in the college that you are applying to, then you don't have to take the ACT. It also works the other way around. i.e. If you are applying to Ivy League and you have a 2300+, there is no need to take the ACT, but if you have a 2100 on the SAT and a 35 on the ACT, that is also considered the same, just don't send your SAT scores if you think that they're bad.
