Do I have to take AP world?

If I want to study Sports Medicine do I need to take AP World History?

• ok so i am a sophmore i n high school and i want to study sports medicine. last year i went to an IB school as a freshmen and this year i moved and the district im in doesnt offer IB (thank God haha) but im doubling up in math (pre ap algebra 2 and pre ap geometry) and im also in pre ap chem spanish 2 monolingual and pre ap english 2.i am strugling in AP world history and i wanted to know if it would be a bad idea to get out of AP world history? help please il choose the best answer! help ASAP

  The question is which college do you want to go. Taking history AP(and passing) is a great idea if the college will let you opt out of history classes in college. That way not only do you save money on expensive college classes but also you get to take elective that actually interest you or graduate early. However, some colleges will not take your AP score. If that's the case, why take AP history. Some college will only let you opt out of their courses only if you get 5 on your AP. Look up your colleges and decide after that.
