AQA Biology Unit 2 Revision and specification - is it safe if i revise exactly and only what the spec says?
-
i'm running out of time to revise so i thought i'd best cover most of it a little rather than only a few areas quite well. on the AQA website for the bio unit 2 exam specification there's a list of things you must know, would I be okay if i only revise exactly what it says and not go into massive detail about the topic? for example: DNA and chromosomes - In eukaryotes, DNA is linear and associated with proteins. In prokaryotes,DNA molecules are smaller, circular and are not associated with proteins. this is all it says about DNA and chromosomes so at the moment that's all i've covered for that, should i be okay in the exam with just that? i'm just panicking since i have hardly any time now! many thanks for any input! :) X

Answer:
You could probably get away with that but it's very risky. If you do at least learn why things are a certain way because they might have a question which is similar to something you learnt but wasn't actually on the specification. It's probably easier to just go over past papers because they don't vary that much. Anyway good luck on Tuesday :) (I'm assuming you have it then because that's when mine is)
