How should I approach the SAT's?

Should I give up on my Reading and SATs?

• I am very bad in reading English. I've been trying all my life for the last 5 years but all English has done is prevented me from reaching where I want to be. English is the only subject I have never gotten an A in. My English average is mostly thanks to my vocab exams which help me bring up my grade otherwise I have like a 75 in Reading. Last year I took the PSATs and got a 500 in Reading. Apparently I worked hard and studied hoping I could improve but when I took my SATs this year I still got a 500. I really have no idea how to approach this nor do I even believe I can improve any longer. Should I just give up on reading? I feel that I know exactly what's going to happen and that reading will stop me from doing what I want to do in life and that if I continue working I will still end up struggling without reason. Please give me some comments.

  I assumed that English is your second language. Why you so frustrated! Listen! you have been doing great consider that you are studying English little over 5 years! there are so many immigrants live in the United States and yet do not speak English. You on the other hand, have been studying and take the tests... you not sacrificed of what you got is okay that means you force youself to be in better position. Instead of torturing youself by saying English is my weakness why don't you proud that you have the oppurtunity of studying English and you still work on it. Practice make progress! it takes time and a little step at the time ;) Do not give up because you have walk this far and it worth it ... trust me.
