Has anyone been on the Cambridge Diet?

The TRUTH about the ''Cambridge Diet''? PLEASE tell me!?

I heard the worst things about the cambridge diet and where i live its an illegal diet... My boyfriend though thinks that it could work just because some people say so, where as my aunt put on DOUBLE the weight because of that diet... HOW can i change his mind? my aunt had serious problems after the diet like hair loss, and I really don't want him to start this diet because since it's illegal and fake, he will put double the weight and other problems might be caused. please give me any information on this diet so i can show it to him... This is not a joke. many people have sued the company... but he won't listen... please help me.. thank you :/
