What is the best way to study for the PSAT?

I am a Junior and want to know what the best way is to study for the PSAT. I took it last year as a sophomore and did okay, but I honestly didn't study. I want to try to be a National Merit Semifinalist or Finalist. I have around 3 months to study. I would like it if you answered based on personal experience. Thank You
