Why will college board not send my SAT scores from last year?

Okay, so I go to college board. com. select scores to send. and hit place order. in the order it says i am sending my scores from last year. and this upcoming october. which is what i want. then i go to score reports. And it says that there are no colleges selected to receive my scores from last october , only this october. Why is this? I need last year's scores sent, but It's not doing it for me. WHY!!!??

Answer:
You either need to enter colleges for the copy of the report for this year, or if all else fails, call them M-F 8-5pm. You can get assistance on the phone, it will take quite a while.
