UK How do I obtain proof im not married?

    If you are in the UK go to your local registry office and apply for a certificate of no impediment. You have to give three weeks notice. If you are not in the UK you need to attend the nearest UK consulate, in person, and apply for the CNI there.

You cannot prove a negative. Swear under oath that you are not. If that is not enough, given the penalties for perjury and providing false information, ask them to prove that you are.
