What is the best food that can make my oscar fish healthy or what can i feed them?

Start feeding them pellets, they have more "body" than flakes. Raw fish and shrimp is good food for them. Cut it into bite size strips and you can train them to hand feed if you are brave. You can also keep a piece of raw fish in the freezer and slice off pieces as needed, defrost and .feed as needed. Main thing to keep Oscars healthy is the water quality. If you skimp on the filtering and water changes they stop eating, and get sick. In good conditions they are real pigs and will eat almost anything. The oscar breeder's "secret" is live crayfish (known as crawdads in part of the country). Crayfish form the bulk of their natural diet. Oscars are very messy eaters but crayfish they are a bit better with. Don't feed them fish. It is not a part of their normal diet in the wild. Their digestive system can't handle much of it. Shrimp, especially raw whole shrimp is good. Flakes and pellets cause a lot of mess in the tank but they are good food. Avoid brands which have a lot of "fish meal" which is a filler product. It makes the tank cloudy and is made from the inedible parts of food fish discarded after preparation for market.
