What Should I Get My Sister For Christmas?

  • If you read my previous questions, you will know that my father passed away December 19th two years ago. My sister doesn't remember him, because she just turned four at the time. My brother and I (I'm 17 and my brother is 19) have slowly accepted his death, and are now back to normal. But my mother has been devestated ever since. No matter what (depression pills, seeing doctors, us talking to her) she sits in the corner and cries. My brother and I are worried she is going to ruin Christmas. So I am decorating the house and doing Christmas shopping, while doing school work (my brother is in university and doesn't get home untill the 20th, so he can't help me). I love my little sister to death, and I want her to have a perfect Christmas. What should I get her? I have $100-$125 She is six. She loves to be like me and my friends. I was thinking of getting her a basket full of fuzzy socks, nail polish (the kid kind LOL), lipgloss (the kid kind), bubble bath, candy, a princess mug with packs of hot chocolate, slippers, a neclace, hair accessories, a container of homemade cookies, and a princess colouring book with markers and crayons. What do you think? What else should I add? I want this to be a great gift for her, with all that has happened in her six years of life (dead father, depressed mother). So what should I get her? What should I add to the gift above? Anything I shouldn't get her in the gift above? Thanks :)

    i like all of the things above and maybe a toyys r us gift card thatt you could keep this would be good cause she ccould get what she wants and if your mom is pretty bad at a specific moment then you could just take her out and go to toys are us but i love ll of your ideas
