What to get my mom for christmas?

  • i figured out what to get my dad already. it has sentimental value, so i was hoping to get my mom something with it as well. im ordering my dad a sweatshirt from his high school. he just missed his reunion because flights were too expensive. the problem with my mom, everything from her childhood is where we live. and her high school is one of my schools rivals so im not going to get anything like that. here is some information about her: she is in her 50s, loves tea, loves to shop, enjoys cooking meals for us, she works at disneyland, used to be a phone operator (but ive gotten her a crystal covered jewelry holder in the shape of a phone), she was on drill team in high school. i dont know what else to put at the moment, but im all out of ideas on what to get her. ive gotten her jewelry and cooking supplies in the past. any and all ideas are very appreciated. thank you so much!

    Make her something! If you want to get her something that has sentimental value than why not try to make new memories by creating something for her! you can make her jewlery or maybe ask a friends mom to take you to a craft place to make something. For my mom's birthday a few years back my sister and I made her a scrapbook with loads of old and new photos in it. She loved it & it's something she will always have and can look back on. You could ask your dad & other family members if they have any photos of her & add them, as well as more recent photos you might have. Hope this helps.
