How would you report threats to the police?

Can he get arrested for filing a false police report and making up a fake fb profile?

• Somebody made a fake fb profile of me and sent out terroristic threats ultimately sending me to jail for a month. I know who it was and once his computer and phone records are subpoenaed and its proven it was him, will he get arrested? He even went as far as making a police report telling the police that I did it. I know he will get charged with filing a false police report but will he get arrested ot hopefully go to jail?

  for the facebook profile no, but for using it to make threats and creating problems for you yes. and for filing false reports he will be arrested. terroristic threats are a federal crime. this is a whole new ball game if you can prove he was the one that did it. just threats are local and state. be sure of the content and also be sure of the terms. also if you prove that you were unjustly jailed you can file a civil suit against the arresting law enforcement that put you there. they should have been sure of their facts before the arrest.
