Speeding Ticket in South Texas...?

I got a speeding ticket back when i had my Texas I.D. (not drivers license). I lost the speeding ticket. I don't have my texas i.d. anymore, or the number that came on the i.d. I was about 17 when this happend, i am now 20 and im about to leave to the navy on JUNE 3rd 2010. My recruiters are lazy bitches, so even if i tell them if they can find out for me they won't.(ive tried and my mom has tried asking them). Is there anyone that can help me find out where else i have tickets? Like a headquarters for texas or something. can someone provide me when a phone number or what to do. ive tried asking my local police department about them findin out if i have tickets in other counties but they say they can't help.

Call the clerks office in the jurisdiction (county) you received the violations. If you had no license at the time you got the speeding ticket, you probably have a warrant for your arrest for failure to appear. So were talking fines for driving without a license, speeding ticket, court cost, and a warrant for failure to appear. It your responsibility to take care of, not your mommy and not the recruiters.
