How Do You Get Off Probation Early?

Can i get off probation early? Or at least get curfew tooken off?

  • Im 16 have 2 felony charges of grand-theft and burglary with 1 year of supervised probation. i have been on Probation since Dec, 16 (6 months) and i wanted to know if it is possible for me to get off early.. i have done ComService and all my classes is it possible to even switch to unsupervised proabtion?

Not with the serious nature of your crimes. I am surprised you are not on supervised probation until you turn 18 the judge in your case has already been very lenient with you in regards to sentence.

NO! The judge gave you a gift. With two felonies at 16, you're fortunate you weren't tried as an adult and put in jail. Don't push it!

How did you manage to get 1 year probation for Grand theft and Burglary? People get that for Possession of Marijuana.

There is no such thing as unsupervised probation, thats cute though. lol The only thing that you can do is file a Motion to Modify a Court Order and ask the judge just what you asked here. Hope you don't get laughed out of court.
