What will Nintendo do with the ds next?

I stole a nintendo ds and pawned it for 40 dollars. My friend dosnt want to press charges what will happen?

  • i got high one night and stole a nintendo ds from a friend i feel terrible now that i am soaber. i pawned it for 40 dollars but the friend went down saw it and said it was stolen he found out it was me and wants to drop the charges but the pawn shop filed a police report what will happen to me. I have never ever gotten in any trouble before.

    you will get charged with petty theft. probably a slap on the wrist. but being a theif is one of the worse things you can be

Despite the fact that your friend doesn't want to press charges, the pawn broker is covering his ***. They're required to report any stolen merchandise like that. You'll most likely get a petty theft charge with a slap on the wrist. btw, STOP GETTING HIGH!! MAYBE THIS WILL WAKE YOU UP!!
