ROTC and being a police officer.?

So I am starting school soon. Next week my training for ROTC begins. This will be my first year of it. My main goal is to be a police officer (female lol) NOT go in the military. My question is, does or can ROTC possibly help me in the future or teach me anything about policing and law enforcement? Thank you :]]

What is LOL about being a female cop? I've worked with female cops since 1978. Nationwide 14% of cops are female. Nationwide over 40% of leadership police positions (bosses) are female. I'll guess your talking about college RO not Jr. RO Leadership qualities, discipline, military training in general, dealing with people (if you stay in long enough to make rank) from an authoritative position and personal pride are all things you can get from an ROTC experience that will help you in a police career.
