Who can I contact next?

My roommate who has three warrants against him has a no contact order against me. How can I get home?

  • I have a roommate who engages in risky drug and sexual activity. In a dispute, he had a no contact order put against me and I was arrested. I can no longer return to the home I've lived in for over a decade. He's not paying any bills and now he has three warrants against him. The police refuse to enter to make the arrest to get him out. Who do I contact to have the police get a search and arrest warrant for him so I can return home? The local emergency resources didn't do this on their own. Do I need to request a search warrant to be made?

  • Answer:

You cannot make the police do anything. If there actually was a warrant out for this guy, then the police would arrest him. Your story does not make sense.
