When is my court date?

What happens when you miss youre court date and you get arrested when u go to see a probation officer?

  • my boyfriend and his friend got arrested awhile back for being in the car with weed. his friend got a letter and went to court. they never sent my boyfriend one. he went to see his probation officer and they had saw were he had a warrant because he didn't show up to court so they arrested him. the judge was already gone that afternoon. now hes sitting in jail until the judge comes back monday. is he able to get out on bail? oh and this is his Second time in jail. first time was when he got arrested for weed.

    All you can do is call the jail and ask if he has a bail amount or not.

If you bond out of jail, then don't show up for the court date, your bond is pulled and a warrant for your arrest is posted. If you used a bail bondsman to et you out, he'll be responsible for all of the money that needs to be paid for your bond, and he'll come after you to protect his money.
