How do you file a complaint to Disneyland?

AM I WRONG? SHOULD I FILE A COMPLAINT?

• I was on a short fuse tonight and lost my temper around 2am. I was working on a project for my business and talking to some other business people and just lost it. I went for a walk at 2am or maybe it was 1am, can’t remember. I’m 22 but my age probably doesn’t matter. This guy in some sports car probably 35 years old maybe 40ish comes flying around down the street that I’m walking on at probably 60mph in a 30. And he was very reckless the way he was driving. I moved along the grass area of the road so I wasn’t in this idiot’s path. He slowed down quite a bit when he saw me walking. I was facing his car and wrote down his license plate #. He pulled over and asked if I needed help. I told him “I HAVE A VERY F’ING CONCERN ABOUT THE WAY YOU JUST CAME DOWN THAT STREET. I SAID IF ANYONE WAS WALKING WHERE YOU TURNED 60MPH YOU WOULD HAVE PROBABLY KILLED THEM. “ Then he tells me no one was there and he slowed down when he got closer to me. You can just imagine how Pis*ed off I was since I was already mad to begin with. I told him there will be a formal complaint filed against you with the police department because I had to move out of the street if didn’t’ want to get hit. I told him he just needs to leave. He wouldn’t. Actually, I started walking away and he drives 5 mph and talks to me with his window down and he’s right side by side with me. I told him “OK, WELL, I GUESS I’LL FILE ANOTHER COMPLAINT FOR HARASSMENT, then I got my cell phone out and started filming him driving 5mph right next to me while I’m walking and then I told him, do you want me to call the cops and he’s like “no, I apologize and I don’t understand why u need to make a big deal out of this”. I told him if you drive away like a normal person, I’ll rip this piece of paper up. I gave him the little paper with his plate on it and he said “thank you bro I appreciate it” and he probably laughed his azz off in his mind thinking he got off easy. He drives away so nicely after. Should I report him still? I only said I wouldn’t report him because he was harassing me. Not that I felt harassed but I wasn’t intimidated. I was too p’off to be intimated by anyone. Should I still file a complaint? I still remember his license plate#.
