How can i win a case by the police about a speeding ticket when i know I was not speeding?

  • Okay so my mom and I were just driving and we saw a police car and anyways we were about to pull in our drive way to get our mail and up the hill was our house and then his light start to flash and we hear that he is behind us and he got out of the car and he said you know linsences and regerstration and we gave it to him and he said 'Did you you were going 72 in a 55 and my mom said i was going 60 or 62.' and i told him how am i going to get my shoes? and he said you shoe and i said YEA with a attudie cuzz my shoes are 50 bucks and my phone is like 139.00 dollars but anyways there were to cars in front of us and if we were going '72' miles then the orther people in front of us were going 72 miles becuz if we were the only ones that were going 72 miles we would have ran into the orther people!! please help

You have no case. The fact others were speeding as well is not a defense to speeding. A cop I knew said this to people that complain about him only pulling them over: "Every go fishing?" They would answer yes "Catch all of them?"

60-62 in a 55 zone is STILL speeding. And it doesn't matter if the people in front of you were going 100. YOU were still speeding.

0.000001mph/kph over the speed limit is legally speeding. You can get a ticket for going any speed over the speed limit, even if people around you are going faster then you. Lesson learned: don't go over the speed limit or you can get a ticket.

How can you win it? You can't. What do your shoes or your phone have to do with anything? Even your mother said you were speeding, so quit whining.

The best way to beat a ticket is with the cop that writes the ticket, you blew that. Your next attempt will be in front of a judge. Tell him It was a nice open road Traffic was very light, you were not paying attention to the speed ometer. Say your sorry, in the future you will pay more attention because speeding is dangerous.
