First I am so sorry that you have to sleep in your truck. Is their a Bethlehem Inn near you? They help the homeless, or check with a local church they will help you I know people sleep in Walmart parking lot without being disturbed

If the owner or any of the owner's agents (like a security guard) order you to leave and you do not do it ... you could wind up sleeping in a real bed that night, complements of the county jail!

No you do not. Could I pull my car up on your hypothetical front yard and sleep? If you let me - yes. If you didn't want me there - no. A hotel is a business that allows strangers on their property all the time, but that doesn't mean they can't tell somebody they aren't allowed there. Good luck with everything. Shouldn't you be looking for a job instead of surfing the web? I think you can sleep anywhere you want if it is YOUR parking lot. Otherwise, you are on some one else's property and they can keep you from sleeping there.
