Charges werent filed by the school, its been 2 1/2 months when will i get a court date?
-
back in late october i got in trouble for having a bowl and a multi-tool at school. I was suspended for 45 days and am going to remain at an alternative school until either march or september, charges were not filed by my school against me, and i dont know if charges were filed by the police department, i've only seen the police once. When will i get a court date, or will i even have a court date *even though im pretty sure ill have to go to court, i just want to know how long it takes before i get a notice in the mail or by phone

Answer:
If you get a notice it will probably be within 6 to 8 weeks but if you did not receive one when you talked to the police then they have probably decided to let the school deal with it.
